Descrizione: il filtro serie FM è composto da una cartuccia filtrante
ampiamente dimensionata e realizzata in materiale sintetico lavabile;
è completamente estraibile per una totale ispezione e pulizia. Ciò è
notevolmente facilitato dalle tenute appositamente realizzate con anelli
di tipo O-Ring resistenti anche ai gas della terza famiglia. Ogni filtro
consente la misurazione della pressione a monte tramite un apposito
attacco a norma.
Installazione: il filtro è normalmente posizionato a monte di tutti gli
organi di regolazione e di intercettazione e deve essere installato con la
freccia rivolta verso l’utenza. Può essere installato in qualsiasi posizione
senza che ne venga pregiudicato il corretto funzionamento. All’esterno
del filtro è sistemata una presa di pressione (UNI 8978).
Materiali: alluminio pressofuso (UNI EN 1706), ottone OT-58 (UNI EN
12164), alluminio 11S (UNI 9002-5), acciaio zincato e acciaio inox 430F
(UNI EN 10088), gomma antiolio NBR (UNI 7702).
Caratteristiche tecniche - P.max: 2 bar/6 bar - impiego: gas non
aggressivi delle tre famiglie (manufatturati - naturali - GPL) - prese di
pressione: secondo UNI 8978 - temperature massime: -20°C÷+70 °C
- attacchi filettati: secondo EN 10226 - attacchi flangiati PN16 secondo
ISO 7005.
Norme di riferimento Filtraggio: particelle con diametro superiore a
50 micron. Classe di filtrazione G2 secondo EN 779.
Description: the FM series is made of a filtering cartridge measured and
realized in a washable synthetic material; it can be extracted completely
to permit a total examination and cleaning. This can be done mostly
because of the seal intentionally realized with O-rings which can endure
the gas of the third family. Each filter permit to measure the starting
pressure through a connection in accordance with the law.
Installation: the filter is normally before all the other members, those
which regulate, and intercept, and it must be installed with the arrow
directed to the use. It can be installed in whichever position in order that
the correct use cannot be prejudiced. In the outer side of the filter there
is a pressure plug ( UNI 8978).
Materials: pressure die-casting aluminium (UNI EN 1706), brass OT-58
(UNI EN 12164), aluminium 1S (UNI 9002-5), zinc-coated stainless and
stainless steel 430F (UNI EN 10088), anti-oil rubber NBR (UNI 7702).
Technical characteristics - P.max: 2 bar/6 bar - use: non aggressive
gas of the three families (hand-manufactured -natural-LPG)- pressure
plugs: in according to UNI 8978 – max temperature: -20°C÷+70°C
– threaded connections: in according to EN 10226 – flanged PN16
connections: in according to ISO 7005.
