KLIMA SOLID FLOOR
Milled panels can be integrated into the raised calcium sulphate
screed to house underfloor heating and cooling systems. The
system uses two layers of panels; the top panels are milled
specifically for each application. Once the systems have been laid,
the milled edges can be sealed as the chosen finish is being laid.
This system is a prime example of how building techniques and
utility systems can be integrated, so as to simplify construction
site management, boost energy efficiency and improve living area
comfort.

READY SOLID FLOOR
Where floors have to be laid fast, the solution is SOLID FLOOR
panels with pre-assembled stoneware slabs. The system
involves extremely precise gluing of stoneware slabs in the same
shape and size of the calcium sulphate panel, but with the sides
that lie slightly inside the milled edges, so as to leave a minimum
joint between the stoneware slabs once the panels have been
assembled. This joint can then be sealed with traditional grouting,
for a surface with a unique end result. A system of this kind is
ideal to reduce construction site operations to a minimum and to
obtain a raised floor with closed joints, suitable for any setting,
from private homes to medical facilities, offices, factories, craft
workshops and industrial kitchens.

Falls die Verlegung besonders schnell gehen muss, k
önnen die
Platten SOLID FLOOR verwendet werden, die bereits mit vormontierten
Feinsteinzeugplattenversehensind.DasSystemsiehteineVerklebung
mit millimetergenauer Präzision der Feinsteinzeugplatten im selben
Format wie die Calciumsulfatplatten vor, die Kanten sind aber leicht
gegenüber den Randfräsungen nach innen versetzt, sodass zwischen
den Feinsteinzeugplatten nach der Montage nur eine geringe Fuge
entsteht. Diese Fuge kann mit herkömmlichen Fugenmassen
versiegelt werden, um so eine einheitliche Oberfläche zu schaffen. Ein
System dieser Art ist ideal, um den Arbeitsaufwand auf der Baustelle
zu minimieren und einen Doppelboden mit geschlossenen Fugen zu
erhalten, der sich für jeden Raum eignet, vom privaten Wohnbereich
bis zu Arztpraxen, Büros und Industriebetrieben, Werkst
ätten und
Industrieküchen.

Dans le cas où serait requise la vitesse de pose maximale, il est
possible d’avoir les panneaux du SOLID FLOOR avec des dalles en
gr
és préassemblées. Le système prévoit le collage, avec une précision
millimétrique, de dalles en grès dans le même format du panneau en
sulfate de calcium, mais avec les c
ôtés légèrement rentrés par rapport
aux fraisages sur les bords, de manière à avoir un joint minimum entre
les dalles en gr
ès une fois que les panneaux ont été assembl
és. Ce
joint peut ensuite être scellé avec un enduit traditionnel, en obtenant
ainsi une surface finale unique. Un système de ce type est id
éal pour
minimiser les opérations en chantier et obtenir un sol sur
élev

joints fermés, et adapté à chaque environnement, de l’habitation privée
aux structures médicales, des bureaux aux espaces productifs et de

Es posible a
ñadir a la placa sobreelevada de sulfato de calcio
paneles fresados ideales para alojar sistemas de suelos radiantes
de frío y calor. El sistema prevé el uso de dos estratos de paneles,
con los paneles superiores fresados para cualquier tipo de
aplicación. Una vez que se han instalado los sistemas, los fresados
se pueden sellar instalando el acabado seleccionado previamente.

Para los casos en los que se necesita la máxima velocidad de
instalación tenemos los paneles del sistema SOLID FLOOR con
losas de gres preensambladas. El sistema permite el pegado
con precisión milimétrica de losas de gres en el mismo formato
que el panel de sulfato de calcio, pero con los lados ligeramente
introducidos respecto a los fresados de los bordes para que
la fuga entre las losas de gres sea m
ínima una vez que se han
ensamblado los paneles. Esta fuga puede sellarse con masilla
tradicional, obteniendo una superficie final única. Un sistema de
este tipo es ideal para minimizar las operaciones de obra y para
obtener un suelo sobreelevado sin fugas e idóneo para cualquier
ambiente: residencia privada, locales médicos, oficinas, locales
productivos, laboratorios artesanales, cocinas industriales, etc.

SOLID FLOOR KLIMA
E’ possibile integrare nel massetto sopraelevato in solfato
di calcio pannelli fresati ed idonei ad alloggiare gli
impianti di riscaldamento e raffrescamento a pavimento.
Il sistema prevede l’utilizzo di due strati di pannelli, i
superiori dei quali fresati ad hoc per ogni applicazione.
Una volta posati gli impianti
è possibile sigillare le
fresature per procedere con la posa della finitura
prescelta. Il sistema rappresenta la massima espressione
di integrazione fra tecniche costruttive ed impiantistiche,
volta alla semplificazione della gestione del cantiere,
alla massima efficienza energetica, ed al miglior comfort
abitativo.

In caso in cui sia richiesta la massima velocit
à di posa, è
possibile avere i pannelli del SOLID FLOOR con lastre in
gres preassemblate. Il sistema prevede l’incollaggio, con
precisione millimetrica, di lastre in gres nel medesimo
formato del pannello in solfato di calcio ma con i lati
leggermene rientrati rispetto alle fresature sui bordi, in
modo da avere una minima fuga tra le lastre in gres una
volta che i pannelli sono stati assemblati. Tale fuga pu
ò
poi venire sigillata con stucco tradizionale, ottenendo una
superfice finale unica.
Un sistema di questo tipo e ideale per minimizzare
le operazioni in cantiere e per ottenere un pavimento
sopraelevato con fughe chiuse ed idoneo ad ogni
ambiente, dall’abitazione privata a locali medicali, da
uffici a locali produttivi, da laboratori artigianali a cucine
industriali.
