Bordo perimetrale
Ogni pannello da interno viene squadrato
sul bordo con un angolo di inclinazione di 4° e
successivamente ricoperto con bordo in materiale
plastico autoestinguente. Il bordo flessibile con
spessore minimo da 0,4 mm a 0,6 mm a seconda
del pannello, riveste tutta l’altezza del pannello
ed assicura la giunzione tra i moduli mantenendo
l’ispezionabilit
à del sistema. Peculiarità dei nostri
pannelli è la fuga molto ridotta, che conferisce una
elevata resa estetica del pavimento finito, spesso
superiore ai pavimenti tradizionali. I bordi sono forniti
coordinati cromaticamente alla lastra di finitura.

Finitura inferiore
La finitura inferiore dei supporti varia a seconda
della tipologia di supporto utilizzato: nei pannelli
in truciolare la finitura inferiore è generalmente
fatta con alluminio protetto o con melamminico,
nel caso del pannello in solfato la finitura inferiore
è generalmente realizzata con primer trasparente o
con alluminio protetto (quest’ultimo esclusivamente
su richiesta), impiegando pannelli Evoluzione non si
rende necessaria alcuna protezione inferiore.

Outer edge
Every internal panel is squared off at its edge with
a 4° angle and subsequently covered along its
entire perimeter edge with a self-extinguishing
plastic material. A flexible edge with a minimum
thickness of between 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm
depending on the type of panel runs along the
entire height of the panel, safeguarding the bond
between the modules and maintaining the ease
of inspection of the system. A characteristic of
our panels is the extremely reduced joint that
ensures a superior aesthetic appearance to the
finished floor, one which is very often even better
than those of traditional flooring. The edges are
colour co-ordinated to match the finished slab.

Jede Platte f
ür Innenbereiche wird an der Kante
rechteckig mit einem Neigungswinkel von
4° gearbeitet und erh
ält anschließend einem
Kantenschutz aus selbstlöschendem Kunststoff.
Der flexible Kantenschutz mit einer Mindeststärke
von 0,4 mm bis 0,6 mm, je nach Platte, bedeckt
die gesamte Höhe der Platte und sichert die
Verbindungsstelle zwischen den Modulen,
w
ährend das System weiterhin inspizierbar
bleibt. Die Besonderheit unserer Platten ist die
sehr schmale Fuge, die dem fertigen Fußboden
eine hohe Ästhetik verleiht, oft h
öher als bei
herkömmlichen B
öden. Die Kanten werden
farblich auf das Oberflächenfinish der Platten
abgestimmt geliefert.

hauteur du panneau et relie les modules
sans compromettre l’accès
à l’ensemble du
syst
ème. Nos panneaux se distinguent par la
taille minime du joint qui rehausse le rendu
esthétique du sol fini, souvent supérieur aux
planchers traditionnels. Les bords fournis
sont chromatiquement coordonnés
à la dalle
de finition.

Canto perimetral
El canto de panel para interiores se escuadra
con un ángulo de inclinación de 4° y después
se recubre con un canto de material plástico
autoextinguible. El canto flexible con espesor
mínimo de 0,4 mm a 0,6 mm en función del panel,
reviste toda la altura del panel y asegura la unión
entre los módulos, manteniendo la posibilidad
de inspeccionar el sistema. La peculiaridad de
nuestros paneles y la junta muy reducida otorga un
perfecto aspecto estético del pavimento acabado,
a menudo superior a los suelos tradicionales. El
color de los cantos está coordinado con la placa
de acabado.

Lower surface finish
The lower finish of supports depends on the
type of support used: for chipboard panels
the lower finish is generally of aluminium
or melamine, while calcium sulphate panels
are usually finished using transparent primer
or protected aluminium (although the latter
is only used if specifically requested). Using
Evoluzione panels means that no bottom
protection is needed whatsoever.

Unterbelag
Der Unterbelag variiert in Abhängigkeit
der Art der verwendeten Basisträger:
bei Spanplatten ist der Unterbelag im
Allgemeinen aus Aluminium oder Melamin,
bei Calciumsulfatplatten besteht der
Unterbelag in der Regel aus transparenten
Primern oder Aluminium (letztere nur auf
Anfrage). Verwendet man Evolution Platten
ist kein unterer Schutz notwendig.
