Ceramica Sant’Agostino S.P.A. has always adopted necessary measures for the protection and appreciation of the

environment, in addition to legislative compliance, and has always used an environmental management system to

also have a systematic approach in environmental safeguarding. Since 2017 this commitment has resulted in the

certification of the Environmental Management System according to the standard UNI EN ISO 14001.

Ceramica Sant’Agostino is in support of the maximum efficiency and complete sustainability of the productive

cycle and of marketed materials; the objective is to obtain products of the highest quality to be increasingly more

competitive in the market, in total respect for the strictest European and international environmental, consumer,

and worker’s health and safety protection regulations.

To this end it identifies such primary objectives for the organisation’s activities:

• The complete satisfaction of the client’s needs;

• the continuous improvement of the management system for quality, environment, health and safety;

• the efficiency and efficacy in the management of processes;

• the safeguarding of the environment and prevention of polluting;

• the commitment to enforce the Ethical Code and the management organisational model and of checks set up

by D.Lgs. 231/2001 for the safeguarding of health and security of those who work for the company, in order to

prevent professional injuries or illnesses;

• respect for environmental regulation of the safety and security of workers.

The Company is determined to reach them through its organisation systematically carrying out:

• quality control of the production process;

• the continuous involvement of staff via information, training and education in the pursuit of the growth and

awareness of all collaborators that have influence over services and processes, in particular on those that regard

safety in the workplace and environmental safeguarding;

• the continuous search for more efficient and safer resources;

• the planning of risk prevention and protection activities for the health and security of workers and the

environment;

• the total recovery and reuse of discarded materials, both solid and liquid, in the production cycle;

• the adoption of all the most sophisticated and eco-friendly devices and technologies to reduce the company’s

environmental impact to a minimum;

• the use of self-produced electrical and thermal energy systems to satisfy energetic needs.

The Environmental management system is verified annually by an external entity (CERTIQUALITY) that certifies

through inspection visits the correct application of the regulations and the achievement of the objectives that the

company has set itself.

Ceramica Sant’Agostino S.P.A. ha sempre adottato misure necessarie

alla protezione e valorizzazione dell’ambiente, oltre che alla conformità

legislativa e da sempre ha impiegato un sistema di gestione ambientale

per avere un approccio sistematico anche nella tutela ambientale.

Da fine 2017 questo impegno si è tradotto nella certificazione del

Sistema di Gestione Ambientale secondo lo standard UNI EN ISO 14001.

Ceramica Sant’Agostino è a sostegno della massima efficienza

e completa sostenibilità del ciclo produttivo e dei materiali

commercializzati; l’obiettivo è ottenere prodotti di altissima qualità per

essere sempre più competitivi sul Mercato, nel totale rispetto delle più

rigide normative europee ed internazionali di tutela dell’ambiente, dei

consumatori e della salute e sicurezza sul lavoro dei lavoratori.

A tal fine identifica quali obiettivi primari per le attività

dell’organizzazione:

• il pieno soddisfacimento delle esigenze dei clienti;

• il miglioramento continuo del sistema di gestione per la qualità,

ambiente, salute e sicurezza;

• l’efficienza ed efficacia nella gestione dei processi;

• la tutela dell’ambiente e la prevenzione dell’inquinamento;

• l’impegno a far rispettare il Codice Etico e il modello organizzativo

gestionale e di controllo predisposto ai sensi del D.Lgs. 231/2001

per la tutela della salute e sicurezza di tutti coloro che lavorano per

l’azienda, al fine di prevenire lesioni e malattie professionali;

• il rispetto delle normative ambientali e di sicurezza e salute dei

lavoratori.

L’Azienda si prefigge di raggiungerli attraverso la propria organizzazione

attuando sistematicamente:

• il controllo della qualità del processo e della produttività;

• il continuo coinvolgimento del personale mediante l’informazione,

la formazione e l’addestramento perseguendo la crescita e la

consapevolezza di tutti i collaboratori che hanno influenza sui servizi

e sui processi in particolare sulle tematiche riguardanti la sicurezza

sul posto di lavoro e la tutela ambientale;

• la continua ricerca delle risorse più efficienti e sicure;

• la programmazione delle attività di prevenzione e protezione dai

rischi per la salute e la sicurezza dei lavoratori e per l’ambiente;

• il totale recupero e riutilizzo dei materiali di scarto, sia solidi che

liquidi, nel ciclo produttivo;

• l’adozione di tutti gli accorgimenti e le tecnologie più sofisticate ed

eco-compatibili per ridurre al minimo l’impatto ambientale delle

attività aziendali;

• l’utilizzo degli impianti di auto produzione di energia elettrica e

termica per soddisfare il proprio fabbisogno energetico.

Il sistema di gestione Ambientale viene verificato annualmente da un

ente esterno (CERTIQUALITY) che certifica attraverso visite ispettive la

corretta applicazione della norma ed il raggiungimento degli obiettivi

che l’azienda si è prefissata.

Ceramica Sant'Agostino S.p.A. hat immer die zu Umweltschutz und

Nachhaltigkeit notwendigen Maßnahmen getroffen, außer den

gesetzlichen Vorschriften zu entsprechen und hat schon immer ein

Umweltmanagementsystem angewendet, um einen systematischen

Ansatz auch im Umweltschutz zu haben. Seit Ende 2017 wir diese

Engagement auch in der Zertifizierung laut Standard UNI EN ISO 14001

sichtbar.

Ceramica Sant'Agostino unterstützt die maximale Effizienz und

vollständige Nachhaltigkeit der Produktionszyklen und der verarbeiteten

Materialien; Ziel ist ein Produkt von Spitzenqualität zu erhalten, um

immer konkurrenzfähiger zu werden, unter strengster Beachtung

der europäischen und internationalen Bestimmungen zum Schutz

der Umwelt, der Verbraucher und der Gesundheit und Sicherheit der

Arbeitnehmer.

Zu diesem Zweck wurden folgende vorrangige Ziele für die

Unternehmensorganisation ausgearbeitet:

• Vollständige Befriedigung der Bedürfnisse der Kunden;

• Eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Managements der Qualität,

Umwelt, Gesundheit und Sicherheit;

• Effizienz und Wirksamkeit der Organisation der Produktionsabläufe;

• Umweltschutz und Vorbeugung der Umweltverschmutzung;

• Engagement, um den Ethikkodex und das durch Gesetzesdekret

231/2001 vorgeschriebenes Management- und Organisationsmodell

hinsichtlich des Gesundheitsschutzes und Sicherheit der Belegschaft,

anzuwenden, um Unfällen und Berufskrankheiten vorzubeugen;

• Einhaltung der Bestimmungen für Umweltschutz und Sicherheit und

Gesundheit der Arbeitnehmer.

Das Unternehmen hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, diese mittels dem eigenen

Management konkret durchzusetzen, und zwar durch:

• Qualitätskontrolle des Produktionsprozesses und der Produktivität;

• Das kontinuierliche Einbinden des Personals durch Information,

Weiterbildung und Schulung, um das Wachstum und das

Bewusstsein aller Mitarbeiter, die Einfluss auf die Dienstleistungen

und Produktionsprozesse haben, zu fördern, insbesondere, was

Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz und Umweltschutz angeht.

• Die kontinuierliche Suche nach effizienten und sicheren Ressourcen;

• Die Programmierung der Aktivitäten zur Vorbeugung und Schutz

vor Risiken für Gesundheit und Sicherheit der Mitarbeiter und für

die Umwelt;

• Ein komplettes Recycling und Wiederverwendung der

Abfallmaterialien des Produktionszyklus, ob fest oder flüssig

• Die Anwendung aller Maßnahmen und der modernsten und

öko-kompatiblen Technologien, um den Impakt der Aktivitäten des

Unternehmens auf die Umwelt zu minimieren;

• Die Verwendung von Anlagen zur Strom- und Wärmeerzeugung, um

den eigenen Energiebedarf zu decken.

Das System des Umweltmanagements wird jährlich von einer externen

Stelle (CERTIQUALITY) geprüft, die die korrekte Anwendung der Norm

und das Erreichen der Ziele, die sich das Unternehmen gesetzt hat, durch

Qualitätsaudit-Feststellungen zertifiziert.

Ceramica Sant’Agostino S.P.A. a toujours pris les mesures nécessaires

pour la protection et la valorisation de l’environnement, ainsi que le

respect de la législation et a toujours utilisé un système de gestion

environnementale pour avoir une approche systématique même dans

la protection de l’environnement. Depuis fin 2017, cet engagement s’est

traduit par la certification du Système de Gestion Environnementale

conformément à la norme UNI EN ISO 14001.

Ceramica Sant’Agostino est en faveur de l’efficacité maximale et

de la complète durabilité du cycle de production et des matériaux

commercialisés ; l’objectif est d’obtenir des produits d'excellente qualité

pour être toujours plus compétitifs sur le Marché, tout en respectant les

normes européennes et internationales les plus strictes en matière de

protection de l’environnement, des consommateurs et de la santé et de

la sécurité des travailleurs.

À cette fin, elle identifie comme objectifs primaires pour les activités

de l’organisation :

• l’entière satisfaction des besoins des clients ;

• l’amélioration continue du système de gestion de la qualité, de

l’environnement, de la santé et de la sécurité ;

liquides, dans le cycle de production ;

et éco-compatibles pour minimiser l’impact environnemental des

activités de l’entreprise ;

• l’utilisation des installations automatiques de production d’énergie

électrique et de chaleur afin de répondre à leurs besoins énergétiques.

Le système de gestion environnementale est contrôlé annuellement

par un organisme externe (CERTIQUALITY) qui certifie, par des visites

d’inspection, l’application correcte de la norme et la réalisation des

objectifs que l’entreprise s’est fixés.

деятельности принимает необходимые меры для защиты и

повышения ценности окружающей среды, помимо соблюдения

действующих законов, а также использует систему экологического

менеджмента для организованного подхода к вопросам охраны

окружающей среды. С конца 2017 года это взятое на себя

обязательство привело к сертификации системы экологического

менеджмента в соответствии со стандартом UNI EN ISO 14001.

Компания Ceramica Sant’Agostino является сторонником

максимальной эффективности и полной экологической устойчивости

производственного цикла и используемых материалов; цель

компании - получить продукцию высочайшего качества, чтобы

быть еще более конкурентоспособными на рынке, безукоризненно

соблюдая строгие европейские и международные нормы по охране

и безопасности работников.

минимума воздействие производственной деятельности на

окружающую среду;

• использованиесамостоятельнойсистемыпроизводства

электроэнергии и тепла для удовлетворения энергетических нужд

предприятия.

Система экологического менеджмента ежегодно проверяется

внешней организацией (CERTIQUALITY), которая посредством

инспекционных проверок проводит сертификацию правильного

применения стандарта и достижения целей, которые компания

ставит перед собой в этом вопросе.
