British Standard OHSAS 18001: 2007

Ceramica Sant'Agostino adopted in 2014, although not a legal requirement, the system of management of health and safety at

work (SGSL) complying with BS OHSAS 18001: 07, the application provides a systemic approach to safety management labor

and health protection. Its adoption, because it conforms art. 30 of D. Lgs no. 81/2008 has effectively shielded from administrative

liability of legal persons, companies and associations (D. Lgs no. 231/2001).

The BS OHSAS 18001 rule defines as SGSSL that part of the management system of an organization used to develop and

implement its policy and the management of risks related to health and safety at work including the organizational structure,

planning activities, responsibilities, practices, procedures, processes and resources.

The objective of Ceramica Sant'Agostino, in its path to certification to BS OHSAS 18001: 07, has always been to:

• establish a system of managing health and safety in the workplace that can eliminate or minimize risks to personnel

and other interested parties who may be exposed to the dangers to health and safety associated with their activities

• implement, maintain and continually improve an SGSSL

• assure itself of the conformity with the policy on safety and health in the workplace established

• demonstrate the ability to maintain their own SGSSL through the certification request.

BS OHSAS 18001:07 is inspired by the model PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), representing an organizational tool that allows to

manage in an organic and systematic way the safety of workers. Ceramica Sant'Agostino with the adoption of a policy for security

management is committed to consistently meet the requirements for:

• identify hazards, assess risks and identify ways to control, in close connection with legislative requirements or other

adopted definition of specific programs and objectives;

• define the tasks, responsibilities appropriate to ensure the effective management of health and safety in the

workplace;

• train and involve staff and its representatives;

• establish and implement all operations and activities associated with the identified hazards, where the implementation

of appropriate control procedures are required for the management of risks to health and safety at work;

• establish and maintain appropriate measures to detect, prevent and control the possible accidental events (accidents

and near misses) and emergencies;

• monitor and measure the performance of the system for safety and health, as well as for the maintenance of legal

compliance;

• ensure that they are carried out internal audits at planned intervals, re-examinations of the suitability, adequacy and

effectiveness of the management system and evaluate all opportunities to improve the system, policy and objectives.

The system BS OHSAS 18001:07 of Ceramica Sant'Agostino is verified annually by an external entity (CERTIQUALITY) through

inspections that certifies the correct application of the standard and achieve the objectives that the company has set itself in this

matter.

Ceramica Sant’Agostino ha adottato nel 2014, pur non essendo un

obbligo di legge, il Sistema di gestione della salute e sicurezza sul lavoro

(SGSL) conforme alla norma BS OHSAS 18001:07, la cui applicazione

permette un approccio sistemico alla gestione della sicurezza del

lavoro e della tutela della salute. La sua adozione, in quanto conforme

all’art.30 del D.Lgs. 81/2008 ha efficacia esimente della responsabilità

amministrativa delle persone giuridiche, delle società e delle associazioni

(D.Lgs. 231/2001).

La norma BS OHSAS 18001 definisce come SGSSL quella parte del

sistema di gestione di un’organizzazione utilizzato per sviluppare ed

implementare la sua politica e la gestione dei rischi relativi alla salute

e sicurezza sul lavoro includendo la struttura organizzativa, le attività

di pianificazione, le responsabilità, le prassi, le procedure, i processi e

le risorse.

L’obiettivo della Ceramica Sant’Agostino, nel suo percorso di

certificazione allo standard BS OHSAS 18001:07, è sempre stato quello

di:

• stabilire un Sistema di gestione della salute e sicurezza sui luoghi di

lavoro capace di eliminare o minimizzare i rischi per il personale e

per le altre parti interessate che potrebbero essere esposte ai

pericoli per la salute e la sicurezza associati con le proprie attività

• implementare, mantenere e migliorare

continuamente un SGSSL

• assicurare se stessa della conformità alla politica sulla

sicurezza e salute sui luoghi di lavoro stabilita

• dimostrare la capacità di mantenimento del proprio

SGSSL attraverso la richiesta di certificazione.

Lo standard BS OHSAS 18001:07 si ispira al modello P-D-C-A (Plan, Do,

Check, Act), rappresentando uno strumento organizzativo che consente

di gestire in modo organico e sistematico la sicurezza dei lavoratori e la

della sicurezza è impegnata costantemente a rispettare i requisiti per:

• identificare i pericoli, valutare i rischi e individuare delle modalità

di controllo, in stretta connessione alle prescrizioni legislative o ad

altre adottate definizione di programmi e obiettivi specifici;

• definire i compiti, responsabilità adeguati a garantire

l’effettiva gestione della salute e sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro;

• formare, addestrare e coinvolgere il personale e i suoi rappresentanti;

• stabilire e attuare tutte le operazioni e attività associate ai pericoli

identificati, dove l’attuazione di adeguate modalità di controllo

sono necessarie per la gestione dei rischi per la salute e sicurezza

sul lavoro;

• stabilire e mantenere attive le adeguate misure per individuare,

prevenire e controllare i possibili eventi accidentali (infortuni e

mancati incidenti) ed emergenze;

• monitorare e misurare le prestazioni del sistema per la sicurezza e

salute, nonché per il mantenimento della conformità

legislativa;

• assicurare che siano svolti ad intervalli pianificati audit interni,

riesami dell’idoneità, dell’adeguatezza e dell’efficacia del sistema di

gestione e valutare tutte le opportunità di miglioramento al sistema,

alla politica e agli obiettivi.

Il sistema BS OHSAS 18001:07 della Ceramica Sant’Agostino viene

verificato annualmente da un ente esterno (CERTIQUALITY) che certifica

attraverso visite ispettive la corretta applicazione della norma e il

raggiungimento degli obiettivi che l’azienda si è posta in questa materia.

Obwohl es keine gesetzliche Verpflichtung ist, hat Ceramica

Sant’Agostino im Jahr 2014 das Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsmana-

gementsystem (OHSMS) am Arbeitsplatz entsprechend der Norm BS

OHSAS 18001:07 eingeführt, dessen Anwendung eine systematische

Annäherung an das Management der Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz und

des Gesundheitsschutzes ermöglicht. Seine Anwendung, die dem

Art. 30 des Gesetzesentwurfs 81/2008 entspricht, ist ein wirksamer

Ausschlussgrund der Amtshaftung der Rechtspersonen, Gesellschaften

und Vereinigungen (Gesetzesentwurf 231/2001).

Die Norm BS OHSAS 18001 definiert den Teil des Managementsy-

stems einer Organisation als OHSAS, der für die Entwicklung und

Erweiterung ihrer Politik und für das Management der Gesundheits- und

Sicherheitsrisiken am Arbeitsplatz mit Einschluss der Organisa-

tionsstruktur, der Planungsaktivität, der Haftungen, der Praxen, der

Verfahren, der Prozesse und der Ressourcen verwendet wird.

Das Ziel von Ceramica Sant’Agostino auf seinem Weg zur Zertifizierung

des Standards BS OHSAS 18001:07 war immer:

• Ein Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsmanagementsystem am

Arbeitsplatz festzulegen, das das Risiko für das Personal und für

die anderen betroffenen Körperteile beseitigt oder reduziert, die

Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsgefahren ausgesetzt sein könnten,

welche mit den entsprechenden Tätigkeiten verbunden sind

• Das OHSAS fortlaufend zu erweitern, zu erhalten und zu verbessern

• Sich selbst über die Übereinstimmung mit der festgelegten Politik

für die Sicherheit und Gesundheit am Arbeitsplatz zu versichern

• Die Fähigkeit der Erhaltung seines OHSAS durch den Antrag der

Zertifizierung zu beweisen.

Der Standard BS OHSAS 18001:07 inspiriert sich am Modell P-D-C-A

(Plan, Do, Check, Act), der ein Organisationsmodell darstellt, das es

ermöglicht, organisch und systematisch die Sicherheit der Arbeitskräfte

zu verwalten, und Ceramica Sant’Agostino setzt sich mit der Anwendung

einer Politik für das Sicherheitsmanagement konstant dafür ein,

folgende Anforderungen zu beachten:

• Die Gefahren identifizieren, die Risiken einschätzen, und die

Kontrollmodalitäten in enger Verbindung mit den gesetzlichen

oder anderen Anwendungsvorschriften herausstellen, spezifische

Programme und Ziele definieren;

• Die Aufgaben und entsprechende Haftungen bestimmen, um das

effektive Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsmanagement am Arbeitsplatz

zu garantieren;

• Das Personal und seine Vertreter schulen, ausbilden und mit

einbeziehen;

• Alle Verfahren und Tätigkeiten festlegen und umsetzen, die mit

den identifizierten Gefahren verbunden sind, wo die Ausführung

entsprechender Kontrollmodalitäten für das Management der

Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsrisiken am Arbeitsplatz notwendig ist;

• Entsprechende Maßnahmen festlegen und aktiv beibehalten, um

mögliche zufällige Ereignisse (Unfälle und verhinderte Unfälle) und

Notzustände herauszustellen, zu verhindern und zu kontrollieren;

• Die Leistungen des Systems für die Sicherheit und Gesundheit sowie

für die Erhaltung der gesetzlichen Übereinstimmung überwachen

und beurteilen;

• Versichern, dass zu geplanten Terminen interne Audits,

Überprüfungen der Tauglichkeit, der Angemessenheit und der

Wirksamkeit des Managementsystems ausgeführt werden, und alle

Möglichkeiten für die Verbesserung des Systems, der Politik und der

Ziele bewerten.

Das System BS OHSAS 18001:07 von Ceramica Sant’Agostino wird

jährlich von einer externen Stelle (CERTIQUALITY) geprüft, die die

korrekte Anwendung der Norm und das Erreichen der Ziele, die sich

das Unternehmen in dieser Hinsicht gesetzt hat, durch Qualitätsaudit-

Feststellungen zertifiziert.

Ceramica Sant'Agostino a adopté, pendent l'année 2014, sans qu'il soit

prescrit par la loi, le Système de gestion de la santé et de la sûreté sur les

lieux de travail (SGSL) conformément à la norme BS OHSAS 18001:07,

dont l'application permet un approche systématique à la gestion de la

sureté sur le lieu de travail et de la protection de la santé du travailleur.

Son entrée en vigueur, étant conforme à l'art. 30 du D.Lgs. 81/2008 lui a

donné efficacité au-delà de la responsabilité administrative des person-

nes juridiques, des sociétés et des associations (D.Lgs. 231/2001).

La norme BS OHSAS 18001 intègre comme SGSSL la partie du système

de gestion d'une organisation utilisée pour développer et mettre en

pratique sa politique pour la gestion des risques relatifs à la santé et à

la sureté sur le lieu de travail en incluant sa structure organisatrice, ses

activité de planification, les responsabilités, les procédures.

L'objectif de Ceramica Sant'Agostino, dans son parcourt pour obtenir la

certification à la norme BS OHSAS 18001:07, a toujours été celui de:

• Mettre en place un Système pour la gestion de la santé du travailleur

et de la sureté sur le lieux de travail, apte à éliminer ou réduire au

minimum les risques pour son personnel et pour les autres parties

concernés qui pourraient être exposés à des dangers.

• Mettre en place, maintenir, et améliorer toujours un SGSSL

• S'assurer du suivi à la conformité de la politique sur la sureté et de la

santé sur le lieu de travail

• Démontrer la capacité à garder le SGSSL par la demande de

certification.

La normalisation BS OHSAS 18001:07 s'inspire au model P-D-C-A (Plan,

Do, Check, Act), qui représente un instrument de l'organisation qui

permet de gérer d'une façon organique et systématique la sureté des

• Identifier les dangers, en évaluer les risques et individuer les

• Définir les taches, les responsabilités pour garantir une effective

gestion de la santé et de la sureté sur les lieux de travail;

• Former le personnel; établir et mettre en place toutes les opération

et les activités, où la mise en place d'une procédure est nécessaire

pour la gestion des risques pour la santé et la sécurité

• Établir et maintenir en place les activités nécessaires pour individuer,

prévenir et contrôler les accidents et les urgences;

• Contrôler et vérifier le système pour la sureté et la santé et aussi sa

conformité aux lois en vigueurs;

• s'assurer, qu'à intervalles réguliers soient planifiés et effectués, des

audits, examens sur l'individuation, et sur l'efficacité de la gestion et

évaluer si des opportunités d'amélioration se présentent.

Le système BS OHSAS 18001:07 de Ceramica Sant’Agostino est

verifié tous les ans par CERTIQUALITY qui certifie par des inspections

l'application de la norme et le maintien des objectifs que l'usine s'est

fixé sur ce sujet.

Ceramica Sant’Agostino приняла в 2014 году, хотя это не требовалось

её пути к сертификации по стандарту BS OHSAS 18001: 07 всегда

было следующее:

• создать Систему управления охраной здоровья и

безопасностью на рабочем месте, способную устранить или

свести к минимуму риск для персонала и других лиц, которые

могут быть подвержены рискам для здоровья и безопасности,

связанным с их деятельностью

• внедрить, поддерживать и непрерывно улучшать SGSSL

• обеспечить соответствие с установленной политикой в области

безопасности и охраны здоровья на рабочем месте

• продемонстрировать способность поддерживать собственную

SGSSL через запрос сертификации.

Стандарт BS OHSAS 18001:07 вдохновлён моделью P-D-C-A (План,

Действие, Проверка, Акт), представляя собой организационный

инструмент, который позволяет органически и систематично

соответствующих методов контроля необходима для

управления рисками, грозящими здоровью и безопасности на

рабочем месте;

• устанавливать и поддерживать надлежащие меры для

выявления, предотвращения и контроля возможных

аварийных (несчастных случаев) и чрезвычайных ситуаций;

• контролировать и оценивать производительность системы

для обеспечения безопасности и здоровья, а также для

поддержания соответствия законодательству;

• обеспечить выполнение, в установленные интервалы времени,

внутренних проверок, повторного контроля пригодности,

соответствия и эффективности системы управления и

оценивать все возможности улучшения системы, политики и

целей.
