Wall System 12
Alla leggerezza del 6mm, Marazzi affianca la solidità
delle lastre 12mm. Una tecnologia innovativa affinata
e customizzata in una nuova fabbrica dedicata alla
sola produzione di lastre in gres porcellanato che
permette di ottenere superfici di estrema raffinatezza,
inalterabili nel tempo e ancora più resistenti. Le lastre
con spessore 12mm vengono agganciate in facciata
ventilata attraverso un sistema simile al sistema di
aggancio a scomparsa AGS con tassello ad espansione
e schema di fissaggio a montanti e traversi. La lastra
di spessore 12mm viene rinforzata con barre profilo
in alluminio mediante fissaggio meccanico al fine di
ripartire in più punti i carichi agenti.
Marazzi combines the lightness of the 6 mm thickness
with the solidity of the 12 mm slabs. An innovative
technology, perfected and customised in a new
factory that only produces porcelain stoneware slabs,
enabling the creation of extremely sophisticated
surfaces that do not change over time and are even
more resistant. The 12 mm-thick slabs are hooked to
a ventilated wall through a system similar to the AGS
concealed anchoring system with an anchor bolt and
mounting system with uprights and stringers. The 12
mm-thick slab is reinforced with aluminium profile
bars by mechanical fasteners in order to distribute the
acting loads in multiple areas.
Marazzi joint à la légèreté de l’épaisseur 6 mm la
solidité des plaques de 12 mm. Perfectionnée et
personnalisée dans une nouvelle usine spécialisée
dans la production des plaques en grès cérame,
une technologie révolutionnaire permet d’obtenir
des finitions extrêmement raffinées, inaltérables à
long terme et encore plus résistantes. Les plaques
de 12 mm d’épaisseur sont accrochées sur la façade
ventilée par un système semblable au système
d’ancrage non apparent AGS, avec cheville à
expansion et avec fixation sur montants et traverses.
La plaque de 12 mm d’épaisseur est renforcée par des
profilés en aluminium avec fixation mécanique pour
répartir les charges sur plusieurs points.
