VENTILATED WALLS

C.A.T. 1 Slim

C.A.T. 1 SLIM è il sistema di ancoraggio meccanico per la

nuova generazione di facciate ventilate con rivestimento

ceramico su grande formato e spessore sottile fino a 6mm

di spessore. Questo sistema meccanico regolabile offre

performance superiori e ottimizza i trasporti grazie al suo

peso ridotto. Il sistema di ancoraggio resta invisibile, prevede

barre longitudinali che sono fissate alla ceramica in modo

prevalentemente meccanica tramite fresature a 45° a "coda

di rondine" assistite da un adesivo addizionale. Le lastre

ceramiche vengono preparate industrialmente (applicazione

rete posteriore di sicurezza in fibra di vetro ed inserimento

dei profili) e trasportate al cantiere pronte per essere ancorate

alla sotto-struttura portante precedentemente fissata al

muro. Se necessario, la sostituzione di una lastra è di facile

attuazione.

C.A.T. 1 SLIM is a mechanical anchoring system for the

new generation of ventilated walls using large size slimline

ceramic slabs (up to 6 mm thickness). This adjustable

mechanical system offers improved performance, as well

as being easier to transport thanks to its low weight. The

anchoring system itself remains concealed, using longitudinal

bars which install to 45° swallowtail slots milled into the slabs

and are held in place by adhesive. The ceramic slabs are

prepared industrially (with fibreglass safety mesh and pre-

installed profile members) and transported to the site ready

for mounting to the supporting frame secured to the wall. If

necessary, replacing slabs is quick and easy.

C.A.T. 1 SLIM est le système d'ancrage mécanique pour la

nouvelle génération de façades ventilées avec revêtement

céramique en grand format et fine épaisseur jusqu'à 6 mm.

Ce système mécanique réglable offre des performances

supérieures et optimise le transport grâce à son poids réduit.

Ce système d'ancrage demeure invisible. La fixation s'opère

au moyen de profilés horizontaux fixés à la céramique de

façon essentiellement mécanique par un fraisage en «

queue d'aronde" à 45°, renforcés par de la colle. Les dalles

céramiques sont préparées industriellement (application d'un

filet de sécurité en fibre de verre et insertion de profilés) puis

transportées sur le chantier, prêtes à être ancrées à la sous-

structure porteuse préalablement fixée au mur. Si nécessaire,

une dalle peut être facilement remplacée.

C.A.T. 1 SLIM ist ein mechanisches Verankerungssystem

für die neue Generation hinterlüfteter Fassaden mit

keramischer Verkleidung im Großformat und in extraflacher

Ausführung (bis 6 mm). Dieses mechanische einstellbare

System bietet überlegene Leistungen und ermöglicht dank

geringerem Gewicht die Optimierung des Transports. Das

Verankerungssystem ist unsichtbar und sieht Längsprofile

vor, die hauptsächlich mechanisch mittels 45° Fräsung

(Schwalbenschwanz) an den Keramikplatten befestigt

werden, zusätzlich unterstützt durch einen Kleber. Die

Keramikplatten werden im Werk vorbereitet (Anbringen

eines stabilisierenden Glasfasergewebes auf der

Rückseite und Einfügen der Profile) und einsatzbereit zur

Baustelle transportiert, wo sie an der zuvor an der Mauer

befestigten Unterkonstruktion verankert werden können.

Falls erforderlich, ist der Austausch einer Platte leicht zu

bewerkstelligen.

C.A.T. 1 SLIM es el sistema de fijación mecánica para la nueva

generación de fachadas ventiladas con revestimiento cerámico

de formato grande y grosor reducido de hasta 6 mm. Este sistema

mecánico ajustable ofrece un rendimiento superior y optimiza

el transporte gracias a su peso reducido. El sistema de fijación,

que permanece invisible, consta de barras longitudinales fijadas

a la cerámica principalmente de forma mecánica, por medio

del fresado a 45° en «cola de milano» que se completa con la

aplicación de un adhesivo adicional. Las placas cerámicas se

preparan industrialmente (aplicación de la malla posterior de

seguridad hecha de fibra de vidrio e introducción de los perfiles)

y se transportan al emplazamiento de la obra, listas para anclarlas

a la subestructura portante que se habrá fijado a la pared con

anterioridad. Si es necesario reemplazar una placa, la operación

resulta muy fácil.

C.A.T. 1 SLIM - это механическая система анкеровки

для вентилируемых фасадов нового поколения из

крупноформатной тонкой керамической облицовки толщиной

до 6 мм. Эта регулируемая механическая система предлагает

более высокие характеристики и оптимизирует перевозку

благодаря своей легковесности. Система анкеровки остается

скрытой и предусматривает продольные стрингеры, которые

крепятся к керамике преимущественно механическим

способом, при помощи фрезерованных пазов под 45°

в "ласточкин хвост" с нанесением клея. Керамические

плиты подготавливаются в промышленных условиях

(нанесение предохранительной стекловолоконной сетки на

тыльную сторону и установка профилей) и доставляются

на стройплощадку готовыми к установке на несущую

конструкцию, которая была предварительно зафиксирована

на стене. В случае необходимости плиту можно легко заменить.
