è un
materiale compatto e resistente.
Le lastre sono ottenute attraverso un processo di
greificazione, ovvero la completa fusione in un unico
materiale di sabbie, quarzi, feldspati, caolini, argille
e ossidi coloranti naturali:
si tratta di materie prime che, cotte a temperature
superiori ai 1200°C, arrivano a costituire un prodotto
a tutta massa di eccezionale durezza,
dalle caratteristiche meccaniche ineguagliabili.
CARATTERISTICHE DEL PRODOTTO
•
È un materiale inassorbente:
è quindi più facile da pulire rispetto a
materiali alternativi, non emette e non assorbe odori.
•
È incombustibile e non genera sostanze tossiche a nessuna
temperatura.
•
È resistente ai diversi agenti atmosferici: oltre ad essere ingelivo,
è
composto da materiali inorganici ed il colore non viene influenzato dai
raggi UV.
•
È riciclabile: il 100% dello scarto crudo viene riutilizzato per la produzione
delle collezioni in una percentuale tra il 10% e 60%. Lo scarto del materiale
cotto puo’ essere utilizzato come materiale inerte per l’edilizia.
•
Ha un’elevata resistenza ai graffi ed all’usura, maggiore di qualsiasi altro
materiale da rivestimento.
UN PRODOTTO SICURO

È il prodotto ideale per il riscaldamento a pavimento in quanto conduce
il calore e non isola. Inoltre non emette sostanze nocive a qualsiasi
temperatura.

porcelain stoneware is a compact and resistant material.
The slabs are obtained through a vitrification process, i.e. the complete fusion of
sand, quartz, feldspar, kaolin, clay and natural colouring oxides to form a single
material: these raw materials are fired at temperatures above 1200°C to create
a compact and solid product with exceptional hardness and unparalleled
mechanical properties.

PRODUCT FEATURES

This material is non-absorbent: it is therefore easier to clean than
alternative materials, and does not emit or absorb odours.

It is non-combustible and does not generate toxic substances at any
temperature.
•
It is resistant to various atmospheric agents: not only is it frost-proof, but
at the same time, being made from inorganic materials, the colour is not
affected by UV rays.
•
It is recyclable: 100% of raw waste is re-used to produce the collections in
a percentage between 10% and 60%.
The fired waste can be used as
