� FLUSHOMETER CARTRIDGE PATENTED

the flushometer remain always open or leak

blocked tank, foreign body under the flat

washer, foreign body on the special washer

unscrew the cover under the handle and take

out the cartridge. Clean carefully the flat

washer and the special washer. Reassemble

the cartridge without put any grease inside. If

the cartridge parts are worn-out, replace them

with the “indivisible kit”

the flushometer supply few water

obstructed holes of anti-syphon device

clean the holes of anti-syphon device,

especially in the recessed models

insufficient dynamic pressure, feeding pipes

diameter not sufficient

check the pipes diameter. If it is possible

increase the pressure without exceed the water

speed of 2 mt/sec.

the anti-syphon device leak water

the flushometer supply a water quantity bigger

then water drain capacity of W.C.

reduce the flushometer flow rate, replace the

drain-pipe

water leakage under the handle flushometer

pushbutton o-ring worn-out

take away the cartridge. Using a screwdriver

to remove the pushbutton and replace the

o-ring

the antilock cartridge of the V P range do

not close the supply of water if the handle is

voluntarily locked, but leak

the pressure of the system is over 6 bar

install a pressure reducer on the system

V P tap installed behind the wall or reces-

sed do not close the water

close the closing tap – take out the cartridge,

unscrew the cartridge body and clean

carefully the flat washer and the special

washer. If the cartridge parts are worn-out,

replace them with the “indivisible kit”.

Reassemble the cartridge without put any

grease inside

To be able to action quickly, it should be kept available some cartridges.

Our timed cartridges are made of brass. Never throw them away!

It is easy to wash them and put them back in full efficiency.
