Questo tipo di bordo può essere effettuato sia
internamente, per realizzare vaschette integrate, sia
esternamente, per ottenere velette e alzate. In entrambi
i casi, per realizzarlo occorre incollare le lastre alle
corrispettive velette utIlizzando adesivi bicomponenti
a base epossidica, preferibilmente dello stesso colore
della lastra. Realizzando il taglio a 45°, per evitare
la formazione di uno spigolo vivo si raccomanda di
interrompere il taglio ad 1 mm. Infine si raccomanda
di applicare barre di materiale che abbia lo stesso
coefficiente di dilatazione lungo l’intero perimetro del
bordo per rinforzare la parte inferiore.
This type of edge can be created both inside the
worktop, for the construction of integral sinks, or on the
outside, for aprons and upstands.
For both types, use dual component epoxy adhesives,
preferably in the same colour as the surface of the slab,
to glue the slabs to the apron or upstand. To avoid the
creation of a sharp edge, 45° cuts should be stopped 1
mm from the bottom of the slab. To conclude, bars of
material with the same expansion coefficient should
be applied around the entire perimeter of the edge to
reinforce the underside.
Ce genre de bord est utile, sur le profil intérieur, pour la
réalisation de plans de travail avec évier intégré et, sur
le bord extérieur, pour la réalisation de protections anti-
éclaboussures et de chants latéraux.
Pour les deux types de façonnages, il est recommandé
d'utiliser des colles époxy bicomposants, de préférence
de la même couleur que la dalle, pour coller les dalles
sur les chants latéraux. Pour éviter la formation d'une
arête vive lors d'une coupe à 45°, il est recommandé
d'interrompre la coupe à 1 mm de la fin de l'épaisseur.
Il est conseillé d'appliquer des barres de matériau de
même coefficient de dilatation sur le périmètre du bord
pour renforcer la partie inférieure.
Diese Art von Kante kann sowohl innen zur Herstellung
von integrierten Becken als auch außen zum Erhalt von
Verleimprofilen und Aufdoppelungen ausgeführt werden.
In beiden Fällen sind die Platten unter Verwendung
von 2-Komponenten-Epoxidklebern (möglichst in der
Plattenfarbe) mit den entsprechenden Verleimprofilen zu
versehen. Bei der Ausführung des Gehrungsschnittes soll
der Schnitt 1 mm vor Beendigung unterbrochen werden,
damit sich keine scharfe Kante bildet. Zur Verstärkung der
Plattenunterseite wird die Anbringung von Leisten aus
einem Material mit gleichem Ausdehnungskoeffizienten
über die gesamte Länge der Kante empfohlen.
Este tipo de canto puede realizarse tanto por el interior,
para realizar cubas integradas, como por el exterior, para
obtener piezas laterales y copetes.
En ambos casos, para realizarlo es necesario encolar
las placas a su correspondiente pieza lateral utilizando
adhesivos epoxi de dos componentes, preferiblemente
del mismo color que la placa. Cuando se realiza un corte
a 45°, se aconseja interrumpir el corte a 1 mm del borde
para evitar que se forme una arista viva. Por último, se
recomienda instalar barras (hechas de un material que
tenga el mismo coeficiente de dilatación) en todo el
perímetro del borde para reforzar la parte inferior.

В обоих случаях, для их изготовления необходимо
приклеивать плиты к соответствующим карнизам,
используя для этого двухкомпонентные клеи на
эпоксидной основе, желательно, одного цвета с
плитой. Выполняя резку под углом 45°, чтобы не
образовывалась острая кромка, рекомендуется
остановить резку, не доходя 1 мм. Наконец,
рекомендуется установить рейки из материала с
одинаковым коэффициентом теплового расширения
по всему периметру кромки, чтобы придать
жесткости нижней части.
