LAVORAZIONI
Prima delle operazioni di trasformazione e prima di
qualsiasi intervento di taglio e modifica, si raccomanda di
pulire accuratamente le lastre ed effettuare un’ispezione
visiva in controluce per verificare che non ci siano
imperfezioni di alcun tipo. In particolare, si raccomanda
di prestare attenzione ai seguenti aspetti:
— Crepe e/o fori
— Macchie e/o altre contaminazioni
— Variazioni di brillantezza e/o tonalità tra le lastre
— Spessori
— Planarità
Questa operazione preliminare è fondamentale per
segnalare eventuali difformità e chiedere la sostituzione
delle lastre, possibile esclusivamente prima di qualsiasi
tipo di taglio o lavorazione.
Le operazioni di taglio, sagomatura ed esecuzione
di scassi o fori sulle lastre possono essere effettuate
presso laboratori e centri specializzati servendosi
di taglio a disco, CNC, waterjet e altre attrezzature
professionali disponibili.
Le lavorazioni meno complesse possono essere eseguite
anche direttamente in cantiere, avendo la massima cura
nella movimentazione ed esecuzione.
Before transformation and before any cutting or shaping,
clean slabs thoroughly and inspect them visually against
the light to ensure that they are free from flaws of any kind.
In particular, great care must be taken to identify any:
— Cracks and/or holes
— Stains and/or other dirt
— Differences in shine and/or colour between slabs
— Thicknesses
— Flatness
This preliminary procedure is fundamental to allow you
to report any defects and request replacement of the
slabs, which is only possible before any kind of cutting or
shaping has been performed.
Cutting and shaping of slabs and the cutting or drilling
of holes and openings may be performed by specialist
workshops and centres with the aid of circular saws,
CNC machines, waterjet cutters and other professional
equipment available.
The simplest procedures can be carried out at the
worksite itself, taking the greatest care during handling
and cutting.
Avant toute transformation, coupe et modification, il
est recommandé de nettoyer soigneusement les dalles,
puis de procéder à un contrôle visuel à contre-jour pour
s'assurer de l'absence d'imperfections. En particulier, il est
recommandé de faire attention aux éléments suivants :
— Craquements et/ou trous
— Taches et/ou autres souillures
— Variations d'éclat et/ou tonalités entre les dalles
— Épaisseurs
— Planéité
Cet examen préliminaire est essentiel pour notifier les
éventuels défauts et pour demander le remplacement
des dalles, remplaçables uniquement avant n'importe
quelle opération de coupe ou transformation.
Les opérations de découpe, de façonnage et d’exécution
de fenêtres d’encastrement ou de perçages des dalles
peuvent être effectuées dans les ateliers et les centres
spécialisés au moyen d’un disque coupe-carrelage, cnc,
au jet d’eau à haute pression et autres équipements
professionnels existants.
Les usinages les moins complexes peuvent être
exécutés directement sur le chantier, en veillant tout
particulièrement à la manutention et à l'exécution.
Die Platten vor ihrer Verarbeitung, also bevor sie
zugeschnitten und verändert werden, gründlich reinigen
und eine Sichtkontrolle im Gegenlicht vornehmen,
um jegliche Materialfehler auszuschließen. Dabei sind
besonders die folgenden Aspekte zu beachten:
— Risse und/oder Löcher
— Flecken und/oder sonstige Verschmutzungen
— Abweichungen zwischen den Platten im Glanz und/
oder Farbton
— Stärken
— Ebenheit
Diese Vormaßnahme ist wichtig, um eventuelle Mängel
zu reklamieren und den Ersatz der Platten anzufordern,
der nur dann möglich ist, wenn sie noch nicht
zugeschnitten oder bearbeitet wurden.
Schneid-, Zuschnitt-, Ausschnitt- und
Bohrbearbeitungen der Platten können in Lohnbetrieben
unter Verwendung von Trennschleifern, CNC-Maschinen,
Wasserstrahlschneidern und anderweitigen Hilfsmitteln
ausgeführt werden.
Weniger komplexe Bearbeitungen können auch direkt
vor Ort vorgenommen werden, sofern Handling und
Ausführung unter größter Vorsicht erfolgen.
Antes de realizar las operaciones de transformación y
antes de cualquier operación de corte y modificación, se
recomienda limpiar a fondo las placas e inspeccionarlas
visualmente a contraluz para comprobar que no
presenten imperfecciones de ningún tipo. En concreto,
se recomienda prestar atención a los siguientes
aspectos:
— grietas y/u orificios
— manchas y/u otras formas de contaminación
— diferencias de brillo y/o tonalidad entre las placas
— grosor
— planeidad
Esta operación preliminar es fundamental para detectar
posibles defectos y solicitar la sustitución de las placas,
lo cual únicamente es posible antes de realizar cualquier
tipo de corte o mecanizado.
Las operaciones de corte, perfilado y ejecución de
huecos u orificios en las placas se pueden efectuar en
talleres y centros especializados sirviéndose de sierras
de disco, máquinas de control numérico computarizado,
aparatos de corte mediante chorro de agua a presión y
demás equipos profesionales disponibles.
Las operaciones de mecanizado menos complejas
pueden realizarse directamente en la obra, siempre que
se preste la máxima atención durante el desplazamiento
y el mecanizado.

и изменений рекомендуется тщательно очистить
плиты и произвести осмотр против света, чтобы
убедиться в отсутствии дефектов какого-либо типа.
В частности, рекомендуется обратить внимание на
следующие аспекты:
— Трещины и/или отверстия
— Пятна и/или другие следы загрязнения
— Разница блеска и/или тона цвета у разных плит
— Толщина
— Плоскостность
Эта предварительная операция является
фундаментально важной для обнаружения
несоответствий и требования замены плит, и она
возможна лишь только до выполнения какой-либо
резки или обработки.
Операции прямой и фасонной резки, а также
изготовление вырезов или отверстий на плитах могут
выполняться в специализированных центрах при
помощи дисковой резки, ЧПУ, гидрорезки и другого
имеющегося профессионального оборудования.
Менее сложная обработка может выполняться
непосредственно на месте укладки, предпринимая
наивысшие меры предосторожности при
перемещении и выполнении.
