I prezzi si intendono in Euro, IVA esclusa, per merce franco Novara.

ORDINAZIONI: Gli ordini conferitici direttamente o per tramite di nostri rappresentanti o agenti s’intendono accettati salvo comunicazione contraria.

Le illustrazioni dei cataloghi non comportano obbligo di fedele esecuzione degli articoli. Ci riserviamo il diritto di sopprimere,anche senza preavviso, qualsiasi articolo dai

nostri cataloghi e di apportare qualsiasi modifica ritenuta utile o necessaria per il miglioramento della nostra produzione.

PAGAMENTI: I pagamenti devono essere effettuati al nostro domicilio giuste le condizioni stabilite e trascritte in fattura. Inoltre, relativamente ai ritardi ed agli interessi di

mora, ci atterremo a quanto previsto dal D.Lgs. n°231 del 9 ottobre 2002, attuativo della direttiva comunitaria 2000/35/CE.

SPEDIZIONI: La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente anche se venduta franco destinazione.

CONSEGNE: I termini stabiliti e accettati s’intendono sempre approssimativi e non assumiamo responsabilità di sorta per eventuali ritardi.

RESI PER ERRATA ORDINAZIONE: Richieste di reso per errata ordinazione possono essere da noi eventualmente accettate se inoltrate a mezzo lettera o fax entro 30 giorni

dal ricevimento della merce. La presentazione della richiesta di reso non deve dar luogo alla sospensione del pagamento o a un pagamento parziale o ritardato della merce

ricevuta. La merce resa verrà accreditata con la trattenuta, da parte nostra, del 15% del valore fatturato (importo minimo 20,00 euro) per spese di controllo, riconfezionamento

ed amministrative. Il reso dovrà essere effettuato con spedizione della merce in porto franco al nostro stabilimento.

PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros, net of customs charges, duties, VAT and taxes of any kind.

ORDERS

Orders delivered directly to us or through our sales network are to be considered as accepted except contrary comunications. All the information in this price list is purely

indicative and is in no way binding for Rubinetterie Stella S.p.A. The illustrations in the catalogues entail no obligation to manufacture the articles accordingly. We reserve the

right to withdraw, even without prior warning, any article from our catalogues and to make any modification considered to be useful or necessary to improve our products.

PAYMENT

Payment shall be made to our registered address in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated in the invoice. In the case of delayed payment and interest on arrears,

the terms of D.Lgs. no. 231 of 9 October 2002, implementing EU directive 2000/35/E shall be applied.

DELIVERIES

Unless otherwise stipulated by the parties, delivery of the products shall be considered as EXW (Incoterms 2000) from the Rubinetterie Stella S.p.A. factory in Italy. Rubinet-

terie Stella S.p.A. undertakes to deliver the products within the time that may be agreed upon, but in no case shall it be held responsible for any damages directly or indirectly

caused by a delay in the delivery of the products.

RESERVATION OF TITLE

The transfer of ownership shall be effective only upon full payment of the products purchased. We reserve the right to reclaim, entirely or in part, any delivered products

covered by invoices not paid in full.

RETURNS DUE TO ERRONEOUS ORDERING

We may accept applications for the return of products due to erroneous ordering, if such applications are sent by letter or fax within 30 days of receipt of the goods. The

presentation of the application for return of goods must not give rise to suspension of payment, or to partial or delayed payment of the goods received. The returned goods

will be credited subject to the retention by us of 15% of the amount invoiced (minimum 20.00) to cover inspection, repackaging and administrative costs. The return shall be

effected by delivery of the goods, carriage paid, to Italy.

PRIX

Les prix s’entendent hors TVA, en Euro, franco départ Novara.

COMMANDES

Les commandes reçues directement par nos représentants ou agents sont acceptées sauf accord contraire.

Les illustrations des catalogues ne comportent pas l’obligation de l’exécution fidèle des articles. Nous nous réservons le droit de supprimer, même sans préavis, tout élément

de nos catalogues et de faire toutes modifications jugées nécessaires à l’amélioration de notre production.

PAIEMENT

Toutes les factures sont payables à notre siège suivant les conditions générales de vente énoncées sur les factures. Concernant les retards et intérêts moratoires, nous

respectons les dispositions du décret législatif n° 231 du 9 octobre 2002 de la directive européenne 200/35/CE.

EXPEDITION

Les marchandises voyagent aux risques et périls de l’acheteur même si elles sont vendues franco destination.

LIVRAISON

Bien que nous nous efforcions de respecter au maximum les délais indiqués, un retard dans la livraison ne peut en aucun cas entraîner de notre part une quelconque

indemnité.

RETOUR POUR ERREUR DE COMMANDE

Les demandes de retour pour erreur de commande ne peuvent être acceptées qu’avec envoi par lettre ou par fax dans un délai de 30 jours suivant la réception de la mar-

chandise.

La demande de retour ne peut suspendre le paiement ou le règlement partiel ou retard de la facture.

NOTA : Les conditions générales de vente indiquées ci-dessus se rapportent à toutes livraisons et facturations effectuées par STELLA. Dans le cas de livraison et facturation

directe par DISTEL, les conditions générales de vente sont celles indiquées sur la « confirmation de commande » remise au client
