Per valorizzare le caratteristiche di un
rivestimento realizzato con piastrelle in
bicottura, raccomandiamo le seguenti
attenzioni nella posa:
• per le piastrelle in bicottura, utilizzare
adesivi adatti per l’incollaggio di
piastrelle ceramiche appartenenti al
gruppo BIII (assorbimento d’acqua 16%).
• seguire scrupolosamente le indicazioni
fornite dal produttore dell’adesivo in
merito alla preparazione dei sottofondi,
dell’impasto, al tempo aperto e
all’eventuale bagnatura della piastrella,
nonché alla conservazione del prodotto.
• considerare attentamente che alcuni
fattori, quali l’assorbimento del fondo,
l’esposizione al sole e alle correnti d’aria,
la temperatura e l’umidit
à dell’aria,
possono ridurre drasticamente il tempo
aperto dell’adesivo, rendendolo non
idoneo all’uso;
• miscelare con cura le tonalità di colore
prelevando i pezzi da posare da 4/5
scatole diverse;
• in caso di posa a fuga ricorrente con più
formati, verificare a secco le dimensioni
del giunto da rispettare;
È assolutamente indispensabile
proteggere i pavimenti dopo la posa
in opera onde evitare abrasioni e
rotture dovute al personale durante
le successive operazioni di finitura.
Sconsigliamo l’uso di acidi per la pulizia
dei pavimenti e dei rivestimenti.
To enhance one’s understanding of a
covering undertaken with double-fired
ceramic tiles, we recommend that
particular attention is paid to the laying:
• with regard to double-fired tiles, it is
important to use adhesives suitable for
affixing group BIII ceramic tiles (16%
water absorption).
• follow closely the instructions
provided by the adhesive manufacturer
with regard to the preparation of the
undercoating, the mixture, the open time
and any wetting of the tiles, as well as
product preservation.
• please be aware that certain factors,
such as absorption of the substrate,
sun exposure, air currents, temperature
and air humidity, can drastically reduce
the adhesive’s open time, rendering it
unsuitable for use.
• carefully mix the colour tones taking the
pieces to be laid from 4/5 different boxes.
• in the event of recurrent laying leakage
of varying formats, verify when dry the
size of the joint to be
respected.
It is absolutely indispensable that the
flooring is protected after laying in order
to avoid abrasions and breakages caused
by tile-layers during the various phases
of finishing. We strongly advise against
the use of specific acids for the cleaning
of floors and walls tiles.
Para disfrutar al máximo las
características de un revestimiento
realizado con baldosas en bicocción,
en referencia a la colocación
recomendamos lo siguiente:
• Para los azulejos en bicocción, utilizar
adhesivos aptos para la colocación de
azulejos ceramicos que pertenecen al
grupo BIII (absorción de agua 16%).
• Seguir atentamente las instrucciones
del fabricante del adhesivo con
referencia a la preparación de las bases,
la mezcla, el tiempo abierto y al posible
humedecimiento del azulejo así como la
conservación del producto.
• Tener en cuenta que los factores como
la absorción del fondo, la exposición
al sol y las corrientes de aire con su
temperatura y humedad pueden reducir
de manera considerable el tiempo
de secado del adhesivo que de esta
forma no se podrá utilizar de la manera
indicada por el fabricante.
• mezclar con cuidado las tonalidades
de color cogiendo las piezas que hay que
colocar de 4-5 cajas diferentes
• en caso de colocación de junta con
más formatos, averiguar a seco las
dimensiones de la junta que se
quieren respetar.
Es absolutamente indispensable
proteger el pavimento después de la
colocación para evitar rayadas y
roturas debidas al personal durante
las sucesivas obras de acabados. No
aconsejamos utilizar ácidos
para limpiar el pavimento y el
revestimiento.
Pour mettre en valeur les
caractéristiques d’un revètement réalisé
avec des carreaux en bicuisson, nous
recommandons les attentions suivantes
pour la pose:
• pour les carrelages produits en
bicuisson, veuillez utiliser une colle
adaptée aux carrelages céramique du
groupe BIII (pouvoir d’absorption d’eau
de 16%).
• suivez à la lettre les instructions
d’utilisation du fabricant de la colle
en ce qui concerne la préparation du
support, le mélange de la colle, la durée
de durcissement et, le cas échéant,
l’humidification des carreaux et la
conservation du produit.
• il faut aussi tenir compte du fait que
certains facteurs, tels que le pouvoir
d’absorption du sol, l’exposition
directe au soleil et au vent ainsi que la
température et l’humidité de l’air, peuvent
influencer massivement la durée de
durcissement indiquée, au point que la
colle s’avère alors inadaptée.
• mélanger avec soin les tonalités de
couleurs en prenant les carreaux à poser
dans 4/5 boîtes différentes
• dans le cas de la pose de joint
récurrente avec plusieurs formats,
vérifier a sec les dimensions du
jointement à respecter.
Il est absolument indispensable de
protéger les carrelages après la pose
pour éviter des abrasions et des ruptures
causées par le personnel pendant les
opérations successives de finition. Nous
déconseillons l’utilisation d’acide pour
le nettoyage des revètements de sols et
de murs.
Um die Eigenschaften einer Verkleidung
mit Zweibrand-Fliesen perfekt zur Gel-
tung zu bringen, empfehlen wir bei der
Verlegung folgende Tipps zu beachten:
• Für die im Zweibrandverfahren erstell-
ten Fliesen bitte Klebematerial benutzen,
das für Keramikfliesen der Gruppe
BIII (Wasseraufnahmefähigkeit 16%)
geeignet ist.
• Folgen Sie unbedingt der Gebrauchs-
anleitung des Klebeherstellers was
die Vorbereitung des Untergrundes,
der Mischung des Klebematerials,
Festigungszeit sowie auch das eventuelle
Befeuchten der Fliese und die Aufbewah-
rung des Produktes angeht.
• Es ist zu berücksichtigen, dass einige
Faktoren wie die Aufnahmefähigkeit des
Bodens, direkte Sonneneinstrahlung und
Zugluft, Lufttemperatur und Luftfeuch-
tigkeit, die vorgegebene Festigungszeit
drastisch beeinflussen können, und
sich das Klebematerial als ungeeignet
erweisen kann.
• die Farbgleichheit sorgfältig abstim-
men, bitte vor Beginn der Arbeiten aus
4 – 5 Boxen einzelne Fliesen entnehmen
und ihren Farbton vergleichen
• falls mit unterschiedlichen Fliesenfor-
maten aber gleichmässigen Fugen gear-
beitet werden soll, im Trockenzustand die
Dimensionen der Fugen kontrollieren.
Bitte unbedingt nach dem Verlegen
die Bodenfläche sichern, um Abrieb
oder Bruch während des Abbindens zu
vermeiden. Wir raten dringend davon ab,
säurehaltige Reinigungsmittel zum Rei-
nigen von gefliesten Böden und Wänden
zu verwenden.

瓷砖铺设建议
Чтобы пол, выложенный плиткой
двукратного обжига, выглядел
наилучшим образом, рекомендуем
учесть при укладке следующие
положения:
• Для укладки плитки двойного обжига
надо использовать клеевые смеси,
подходящие для укладки керамических
плиток, входящих в группу BIII
(водопоглощение 16%).
• Следует точно придерживаться
рекомендации производителей клеевых
смесей относительно подготовки
основы, приготовления раствора,
время открытого слоя клеевой смеси,
возможное замачивание плитки
и также срока хранения клеевого
материала.
• Обратите внимание на факторы,
например: водопоглощение основы,
время на солнце и сквозняке,
температуру и влажность воздуха,
которые могут значительно уменьшать
время выдерживания клея и делать его
не годным для использования.
• Аккуратно смешивать цветовые
оттенки, доставая плитку поочередно
из 4/5 разных коробок;
• В случае модульной укладки плитки
разных форматов со швами, заранее
проверить ширину швов, которую
нужно выдерживать далее.
Очень важно обеспечить защиту
настила после укладки во избежание
появления дефектов, вызванных
работой персонала в ходе
последующих отделочных работ.
Не рекомендуется применение кислот
в процессе очистки напольной и
настенной плитки.
