This catalog and its contents remain the sole property of Wigam,

and shall not be reproduced or distributed without authorization.

Although great care has been exercised in the preparation of this

document, Wigam, its employees or its distributors cannot accept any

liability whatsoever connected with its use.

Wigam reverses the right to make any changes or improvements

without prior notice.

TERMS OF SALE

Prices are per unit, list prices and do not include VAT.

Packaging is invoiced at cost.

The Min. Qty column indicates the minimum orderable quantity.

Symbol indicates the pieces included in the kit.

In this case, price refers to the kit.

Prices are considered Ex-Works and can be changed by us without notice.

The goods are shipped at the consignee’s risk, even if sold franco

domicile. If there is no precise indication, goods will be shipped with

one of our forwarders, without our being responsible.

No complaint will be considered valid and accepted after five days

from the receipt of goods.

Any comment on the price invoiced must be done immediately.

Orders are always accepted without commitment regarding delivery

times.

Delivery dates on order confirmations are approximate.

Deliveries are subject to the availability of raw material on the market.

Payments are not recognized unless effected to our domicile.

Return of goods are not accepted unless authorized and carriage free.

For any controversy, the place of jurisdiction is Arezzo, seat of our

company, whatever are the way and the place agreed for the payment

and the delivery.
