EASYREC-3R

High performance recovery and recycling unit for

CFC, HCFC, HFC and HFO (included R32 and R1234ze)

• High performances thanks to the powerful 1 HP compressor and to the

higher capacity condenser.

• Very compact and light design with integrated distiller.

• Exclusive distillation device with liquid refrigerant flow check which:

- allows to separate oil/impurities/dyes very efficiently.

- optimizes the compressor’s operating conditions.

• Ceramic cylinders with carbon fibre seal for superior reliability.

• Large, intuitive heavy-duty digital display that supports the user in the

recovery and recycling phases guiding him as well with the discharge

procedure of oil/impurities/dye.

• Multiple selectable recovery and recycling modes.

• Automatic stop of the unit at the end of recovery with visual and acoustic

indication.

• Shut-off valves that prevent refrigerant spills.

• Self-evacuation (PURGE) device, which allows to change type of refrigerant easily.

• Safety device for maximum pressure.

• Sight-glass and filters included.

ARTICLE 13 – CONTROL OF USE

From 1

st

January 2020, the use of fluorinated greenhouse gases, with a global warming potential of 2500 or more, to service or maintain refrigeration equipment

with a charge size of 40 tonnes of CO2 equivalent or more, is prohibited. From 1

st

January 2025, it is planned to extend this ban to all refrigeration systems

regardless of the refrigerant charge.

In accordance with Article 13 Paragraph 3 Subparagraph b), until 1

st

January 2030 recycled fluorinated greenhouse gases with a global warming potential of 2500 or

more contained in refrigeration equipment with a load size equal to or greater than 40 tonnes of CO2 equivalent may be used for the maintenance or repair of existing

refrigeration equipment, provided they have been recovered from such equipment.

Such recycled gases may only be used by the undertaking which carried out their recovery as part of maintenance or servicing or the undertaking for which the recovery was

carried out as part of maintenance or servicing. Regulation (EU) No. 517/2014 Article 2 point 15 and the new Regulation Article 3 point 12 define ‘recycling’ as the re-use of a

recovered fluorinated greenhouse gas after a basic cleaning process.
