Condizioni generali di vendita.

Le presenti condizioni di vendita e di consegna si intendono integralmente accettate con il

conferimento dell’ordinazione.

OFFERTE: Le offerte non ci impegnano a de

finire il relativo contratto di fornitura. I contratti conclusi

dagli agenti o rappresentanti del fornitore non sono definitivi se non dopo che siano regolarmente

da noi accettati.

ORDINI:Tuttigliordini,comunqueconferiti,siintendonosoggettiaconfermadapartenostraenon

ci impegnano alla consegna, anche parziale, del materiale ordinato. Vi precisiamo che i nostri

attuali costi gestionali non ci permettono di accettare ordini di importo inferiore a € 300,00

(importo merce).

PREZZI: I prezzi in genere si intendono non impegnativi. Valgono comunque i termini di validità

stabiliti di volta in volta nelle offerte da noi rilasciate.

SPEDIZIONI: La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del Committente, anche se venduta franco destino.

Non rispondiamo di eventuali ritardi, avarie od ammanchi verifcati durante il viaggio.

I reclami devono essere presentati dal Committente stesso presso le Amm.ni Ferroviarie, le

Compagnie di Navigazione o altri trasportatori. Nei casi di pagamento anticipato o mediante lettera

di credito o licenza di importazione, non verr

à effettuata alcuna consegna prima del ricevimento

del pagamento o dei documenti relativi alle succitate operazioni.

IMBALLI: Gli imballi sono fatturati al puro costo.

RESI: Non si accetta merce di ritorno senza nostra preventiva autorizzazione ed in ogni caso solo

in Porto Franco.

RECLAMI: Non si accettano reclami trascorsi otto giorni dal ricevimento della merce.

PAGAMENTI: Le condizioni sono quelle fissate nelle offerte o durante le trattative con i clienti.

Trascorsi i termini fissati per il pagamento, sulle somme scoperte, decorre l’interesse commerciale

al tasso bancario corrente. Il ritardato pagamento ci autorizza a sospendere, senza alcun preavviso,

le forniture in corso. Gli agenti ed i rappresentanti non hanno autorità di riscuotere crediti salvo

esplicita nostra autorizzazione.

GARANZIA: Tutti i nostri prodotti sono garantiti per la durata di mesi 12 dalla data di acquisto.

Tale garanzia ci impegna solo alla sostituzione dei pezzi difettosi di fabbricazione ed utilizzati in

modo corretto, essi devono essere ritornati al nostro stabilimento senza alcun indennizzo o rimborso

spese. Rimane esclusa ogni nostra responsabilità per difetti che risultassero causati da eventuale

manomissione al momento dell’installazione dei materiali forniti. Inoltre, non saranno accettati

reclami per apparecchiature utilizzate con sostanze aggressive (acidi, acqua sabbiosa, acqua

calcarea, ecc.) che sicuramente ne compromettono il corretto funzionamento. In particolare i

riduttori di pressione risentono delle impurit

in cui si trova, salvo vostra autorizzazione alla sostituzione delle parti danneggiate con relativo

addebito.

MODIFICHE: La nostra Ditta si riserva di apportare, senza alcun preavviso, qualunque modifica che

si rendesse tecnicamente necessaria.

FORO COMPETENTE: In caso di controversia

è riconosciuta la sola competenza del Tribunale di

Verbania.

The present conditions of sale and delivery are integrally approved with the assignment of the order.

OFFERS: The o

fine the relative contract of supply. The contracts concluded by

the agents or salesmen of the supplier are not de

finitive if not after our regular acceptance.

ORDERS: All the orders with us are subject to our approval and don’t bind us to the delivery, also if

partial, of the ordered goods.

PRICES: The prices, generally, are not binding. The validity terms are established time by time on the

ffers issued by us.

CONSIGNMENTS: The good travels at Buyer’s risk also if sold Free Port. We don’t answer for eventual

delay, damages or shortages happened during the travel. The complaints have to be made by the

Buyer to the Railway Administrations, to the Shipping Companies or to other carriers. In the cases of

anticipated payment or through letter of credit or license of importation, the delivery won’t be e

ffected

before the reception of the payment or the documents relating to the mentioned operations.

PACKAGES: The packages are invoiced at cost.

RETURNS: We don’t accept good of return without our preventive authorization and in every case only

Free Port.

COMPLAINTS: Complaints are not accepted if presented after eight days from the receipt of the good.

PAYMENTS: The conditions are

fixed on our o

ffers or during the negotiations with the Customers.

After the term fixed for the payments, we will calculate the commercial interest at current banking

rate. The delayed payment authorizes us to suspend, without any notice, the supplies in progress.

The agents and the salesmen don’t have authority to collect credits excepted our explicit authorization.

WARRANTY: All our articles are guaranteed for a period of 12 month from the date of purchase.

This guarantee binds us only to the substitution of manufacturing fault pieces and utilized in a correct

way, they must have returned to our factory without any indemnity or reimbursement of expenses.

Remains excluded every our responsibility for defects that result caused by damaging during the

installation of supplied materials. In addition, we won’t accept claims for equipments used with

aggressive substances, (acids, sandy water, hard water, etc.) that surely they put at risk the correct

functioning. Particularly the pressure reducers feel the e

ffects of impurities in the water. The pieces

that will be returned to us will always be verified, in case of malfunction due exclusively to the natural

wear of the article and therefore caused by a long period of utilization, they will be sent back to the

sender like we found them, except your authorization to the substitution of the damaged parts with

relative debit.

MODIFICATIONS: Our Firm can introduce, without any notice, whatever modification that will be

technically necessary.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION: In case of dispute is recognized the only competence of the Tribunal of

Verbania.
