COLLARI PER TUBI DI RAFFREDDAMENTO
• eccellenti proprietà isolanti e meccaniche
• collare per tubi a doppia vite con scanalatura rinforzata e dado di fissaggio
applicato con saldatura particolarmente resistente;
• chiusura rapida di sicurezza su un lato per un montaggio semplice e pratico
• supporto del tubo in gomma caucciù con nucleo in PIR (PIR = Polyisocyanurat -
proprietà isolanti e protezione antincendio migliori, nonché in grado di resistere
meglio alla pressione e alle deformazioni rispetto al poliuretano)
• per il fissaggio di tubi isolati termicamente in acciaio, rame, acciaio inox o materiali
sintetici
• utilizzabili con isolamenti in gomma caucciù - da incollare con l’isolamento del tubo
in maniera stagna
• conforme agli spessori di isolante maggiormente utilizzati
• Gomma Forlen (Cold Rubber) impiegata per tubi di raffreddamento
Indicazioni per l'installazione:
il giunto del collare per tubi di raffreddamento deve essere posizionato
orizzontalmente durante il montaggio per evitare trazioni e pressioni

• rapid safety closure on one side for quick and easy installation
• rubber hose support with PIR core (PIR = Polyisocyanurat - better insulating
properties and fire protection, able to better resist to pressure and deformations
compared to the polyurethane)
• to fix thermally insulated steel pipes, copper pipes, stainless steel pipes or synthetic
pipes
• suitable with rubber insulations, can be glued watertight with the pipe insulation
• complies with most diffused insulating thicknesses
• cold Rubber Forlen used for cooling tubes
Instructions for application:
The pipe collar joint must be positioned horizontally during mounting operation to
avoid tractions and pressures
