Gathering around a fire to be warmed, establishing storytelling, cultural and social moments, is an archetypal

human need. A gesture that has been reiterated for millennia and could find new declinations of meaning in a suspended

future. This ancient ritual evolves, with THiRTYONE Design + Management’s project, into a totem made of Flat radiators

in different sizes, joined together by a rope that passes through the holes on one of the heating plate’s side. People,

of all generations and ages, gather around it to enrich each other with exchanges and relationships, in a welcoming

and familiar community space.

Design, THiRTYONE Design + Management

Raccogliersi intorno a un fuoco per scaldarsi, istituire momenti di racconto, culturali e sociali, è un bisogno

archetipico dell’umanità. Un gesto che si reitera da millenni e che potrebbe trovare nuove declinazioni di senso in

un futuro sospeso. Questo rituale antico si evolve, con il progetto di THiRTYONE Design + Management, in un totem

realizzato con i radiatori Flat in diverse dimensioni, uniti tra loro da una corda che passa attraverso i fori posti su uno dei

lati della piastra scaldante. Vi si radunano intorno le persone, di ogni generazione ed età, per arricchirsi reciprocamente

con scambi e relazioni, in uno spazio per la collettività accogliente e familiare.
