Pressureflow control SENSOR for direct

control of commercial INVERTERS

The use of IVC allows to control boosting

systems with 1 or 2 pumps, with exchanger

function each starting, by means one or

two industrial inverters on commerce.

The working pressure is settable by the key

board as the same of the starting pressure

that may be set manually or automatically

by the device.

when IVC is connected the inverter provide

automatically to:

- adjust the speed of the motors according

to the set pressure on IVC

- to stop the pumps when taps are closed

- to supply a constant flow for water

consumption over 1 liter/minute

- to check and control the dry running

- to re-start automatically the pumps after

a dry running according to the automatic

cycles set on IVC , the last one every 24h

L’utilizzo di IVC consente il controllo di un

gruppo autoclave a 1 oppure 2 pompe con

funzione di scambio pompa ad ogni partenza

reperibili sul mercato.

La pressione d’esercizio

è settabile da tastiera

così come la pressione di start che può essere

impostata manualmente oppure in modo

automatico.

Una volta collegato IVC, l’inverter (settato per la

funzione prevista) provvede automaticamente

a:

- regolare la velocità delle pompe in funzione

della pressione impostata su IVC

- arrestare le pompe alla chiusura dei rubinetti

- fornire un flusso costante per prelievi superiori

a 1 lt/minuto

- controllare la marcia a secco

- riarmare automaticamente le pompe, secondo

i cicli automatici previsti su IVC (l’ultimo dei

quali 1 tentativo ogni 24h)
